ViewDirect is an on-line reporting system that provides access to numerous reports used by UF business units. These reports can be viewed on-line or printed. On-line viewing allows report recipients to request a complete hard copy of the packet, or they may request only the specific page(s) they desire. The recipient can also designate a preferred print location.
Each recipient is designated in the ViewDirect database with the ability to view only the report information they need. Each report packet can be customized to print only the specific pages needed by its designated recipient. The same pages of the report can be easily provided to multiple recipients without requesting additional complete copies of the entire report. Please note: ViewDirect is a legacy application and not part of the new myUFL systems.
Forms
- Recipient Access Request Form. The purpose of this form is to request access to the ViewDirect Report Distribution System (RDS). Users may choose to view reports on-line from their terminal or define a location to which hardcopy (paper) reports are delivered.
- Report Access Request Form. The purpose of this form is to request access to a specific report in the ViewDirect Report Distribution System (RDS). Users may request to add, change, or delete a report.

- UF_N_INFOPAC
Provides access to the ViewDirect (formerly Infopac) Report Distribution System. This online reporting system is accessible through the NERDC Interactive Services Menu (formerly known as the "Dean's Network"). The user must submit the following forms to gain access to ViewDirect reports: Recipient Access Request Form and the Report Access Request Form. (P3)
