| Monthly Financial Reports |
| These prompted reports, together with the delivered reports, enable UF managers to understand their available balances and reconcile their financial activity. Prompted reports provide current or previous period information (current or previous month) in the same format as the delivered reports. The prompted reports allow the user to filter on select chartfields and retrieve data subsets instead of the entire report. |

| This is a temporary file location for sending reports to the Enterprise Reporting Team. Users have write permissions only. Once a report is copied to this directory, Users cannot execute or copy it. Please contact ER or the Help Desk before you place reports in this folder. |
