People helping people

UF Bridges is pleased to be able to provide several support tools and programs to assist faculty and staff and departments with the transition to the myUFL systems.

Alert Notices

Bridges posts Alert Notices regarding the status of all myUFL systems. These timely notices provide detailed information regarding system status, known problems, and temporary solutions for problems.

Alert Notices are posted as problems are identified. As problems are corrected, Alert Notices are updated.

Please check the Alert Notices before contacting the UF Help Desk (helpdesk@ufl.edu 392-HELP) to report a problem.

Architectural Review Board

The Architectural Review Board (ARB) identifies projects that require architectural direction and ensures that the right expertise provides advice on the proper solution. The ARB makes all final decisions on architectural strategy and approach for Bridges projects.

UF Help Desk

The The UF Help Desk (helpdesk@ufl.edu, 392-HELP) provides front-line support for all questions regarding myUFL systems. The Help Desk operates in a coordinated fashion with many offices across campus to make sure that your question is answered promptly, courteously and accurately. If you are unfamiliar with the Help Desk at UF, please review these Help Desk Facts before calling.
