The University of Florida is committed to keeping you informed as we continue our transition to the new myUFL systems. To help you with the transition, each week you will receive a Bridges Advisory.

Enterprise Reporting – Include Fund 191. Bridges updated the December 2005 monthly financial reports to include fund 191 (i.e. Student Government fund). This update consists of the Cash Summary, Transaction Detail, and Payroll Cost Distribution reports for Department IDs beginning with 02, 04, 05, 08, and 26 since these are the only departments with activity in fund 191. You can access the reports by navigating to Enterprise Reporting > New Department Reports. We will post January’s monthly financial reports next week and the applicable department reports will contain fund 191 activity.

HRMS Worklist Enhancements. HRMS worklist recipients have found many items in their lists greater than 90 days that have been cancelled or already worked. Enhancements implemented Monday, February 13, 2006, will eliminate the HR worklist items already worked and greater than 90 days old, increasing performance, reducing volume, and thereby increasing worklist usability.

Updated Instruction Guides. No instruction guides this week.
