TIME AND LABOR ENHANCEMENT TO MANAGE GROUP EXCEPTIONS. As of Monday, October 10, the Manage Group Exception through Manager Self Service > Time Management > Approvals > Manage Group Exceptions was enhanced to display only exceptions needing correction. Prior to the enhancement, a blank search would have returned all groups to which the supervisor was associated. This enhancement will substantially reduce the correction cycle time for those with large numbers of dynamic groups.
This process will continue to show those groups that have T&L “allowed” exceptions, so certain groups will appear to be empty. We will continue to improve this process to eliminate these groups as well, but for now this change does improve the prior process and does narrow the search.
