UPDATED CHARTFIELD VALUES AND DEPTIDS. The updated spreadsheets for ChartFields and DeptIDs are available on the Bridges Web site > Services > General Ledger and Budgets > Additional Resources for ChartFields:
PROJECT AND DEPARTMENT REPORTS. The June 2005 preliminary Project and Department reports are available in Enterprise Reporting. Bridges plans to run the final year–end data at the end of July, when June Financials close. Final June reports should be available the first week of August. July reports are scheduled for mid–August.
NEW RESOURCES. Two updated resources are available this week for the following services:
- Travel and Expense > University of Florida Travel Policy (Updated)
- Portal > Recommended HTML Tags and Guidelines (Updated)
