Printable versionThe University of Florida is committed to keeping you informed as we continue our transition to the new myUFL systems. To help you with the transition, each week you will receive a Bridges Advisory.
Enterprise Reporting Initiative. UF Bridges recently completed the second phase of UF’s reporting initiative. After working with the university community and leadership, we are pleased to announce the release of an updated set of sponsored program and construction project reports March 20th. Similar to the department reports released in December, these new reports include:
- Monthly Financial Summary
- Transaction Detail
- Payroll Cost Distributions
- Projected Payroll Cost Distributions
- Open Encumbrance Summary
- KK to GL Summary Comparison
Additionally, we have updated the navigation and access to these reports and prior released reports like the department, fund, and residual/overhead project. The updated navigation will allow report users to organize their reports in one place reducing the time it takes to access the monthly financial reports. To gain more insight into the navigation and usage of the new My Reports page, refer to the instruction guide portion of this Advisory.
myUFL – Required Maintenance on Sunday March 19. Bridges must perform required maintenance on Sunday, March 19, 2006 from 6:00 am to 10:00 am. During the maintenance period, access will be restricted to myUFL portal services.
New Instruction Guides. Two new instruction guides are available this week on the Bridges Web site:
- Enterprise Reporting > Using Your myUFL Reports Menu (new)
- Enterprise Reporting > Downloading Monthly Reports from Enterprise Reporting (new)
For frequent updates about the project, subscribe to the UF Bridges pagelet in the myUFL portal. For a quick tutorial on how to use myUFL, please sign on to the portal and click on Help > How to Use myUFL.
