Bridges Advisory #100 – March 03, 2006
Printable versionThe University of Florida is committed to keeping you informed as we continue our transition to the new myUFL systems. To help you with the transition, each week you will receive a Bridges Advisory.
myUFL – Required Maintenance on Saturday, March 4 and Sunday March 5. Bridges must perform required maintenance on Saturday, March 4th from 6:00 am to 10:00 am and again on Sunday, March 5, 2006 from 6:00 am to 9:00 am. During the maintenance period, access will be restricted to myUFL portal services.
Office Phone Numbers and Office Fax Numbers. An enhancement was made to the myUFL portal to provide access to campus office and fax numbers. This enhancement will provide quick search capability for campus users needing to know the department’s office or fax number by navigating to > Quick Links > 2006 Office Phone Numbers or 2006 Office Fax Numbers.
Bridges Presentations. Two new presentations are available this week on the Bridges Web site:
Resources. three updated resources are available this week on the Bridges Web site for the following services:
- General Ledger & Budget > Additional Resources for ChartFields > Required Chartfields (Updated)
- Hiring and Job Actions > Additional Resources > Hiring Matrix (Updated)
- Hiring and Job Actions > Additional Resources > Job Code –– Salary Plan Code Crosswalk (Updated)
Updated Instruction Guides. No instruction guides this week.
